The customer service number *** seems to be highly congested, and one waits way too long. The email service has some challenges, such as sending an email without expected attachment. However, once I got hold of tymebank ambassador who gave me an alternative number, I was assisted with warmth and dignity to my satisfaction. Salute to your telephone consultants/ representatives!!!
