The bank that force customers to keep their accounts.

I'm not happy with this bank, it was easy to open an account with them but now I don't want it and they are stressing me because they are forcing me to keep it but I insist to close it anyway. It's been 4 months since they promised to email me account closure forms, until today I haven't received such forms
