The agent was very helpful and thorough she knew what she was doing and she was professional, yet friendly enough. The one star I took away is for the wait time. Waiting over 15 minutes to get through is atrocious. Also it would help if they would incorporate a feature that tells the caller how many calls are ahead of them or how long the average wait time is.
