Terrible Service - Tymebank credit card
I have had a terrible experience with Tymebank and would really deter anyone who is looking to get a credit card with them. I have been trying to get a replacement card for months now without sucess. There is no option to replace a credit card on their app, when you call the call centre on the number provided on their website, you either wait endlessly until the phone disconnects or if you are lucky someone answers and tells you it's the wrong number and the process starts again.
Without a physical branch to go to, I am stuck with a useless produsct that I simply cannot use. Stay away from this bank it's not worth it. This is right up there with some of the worst service I have ever eceived.

All the consultant did, was ask me for my name and transfer me through to your IVR system to rate his service. THE AUDACITY, I've seen it all

13 Jan 2025, 08:47The terrible service continues. Today becomes the fifth day after I was promised that "The team will be in contact". In the interim I have been on the phone for hours without getting through to anyone at my own expense. This is truly ridiculous!!!!!
