Terrible Service, giving false information and feedback

#Payshap - made a payment on the 13th of December to #Nedbank to my daughters account. Payment never reflected, logged an issue with #Tymebank on the 14th of December. Followed up with them on the 18th of December. they advised that due to the long weekend. nothing was done about the case. the evening of 18 December, I received an sms advising the account was credited. checked the Nedbank account and NOTHING. Terrible Seervice. giving false and inaccurate feedback just to shut me up!!! Called Nedbank they confirmed that there is a general issue with Payshap!! now how is speaking the truth???
