Terrible service ever

Terrible service, poor communication. I have been waiting for my money for 9 days now I was told it will be reversed after 7 day till this day I'm still waiting. I did a cash transfer and made a mistake by typing one number wrong I then called the call centre and the vouchers was blocked the agent said it takes 7 days for me to get a refund till today I'm still trying to get my money back. I've sent emails to *** also liaise with them via live chat all I hear is promises and they only respond once I gave them everything they needed but no help. I regret using this bank I dont know what to do where to go now. I want my 2000.
