Terrible Service - Don't Open A Tyme Bank Account
Terrible customer service. I've been waiting for a refund for over a month and every time I call in, the customer service agents are so rude and not willing to assist. I've sent emails with the proof of documents requested but no one bothers to respond.
Definitely don't recommend using this bank.
