Terrible service

I have experience a terrible service from Tymebank, I am using Capitec and I was transferring money to someone who is using Capitec app I went to Capitec trying to reverse the money but Capitec couldn't due to the person has already withdraw the money and again we tried calling the person but she hang the phone on us, so I called Tymebank for further assistance and the response I got from them was that there is no way Tymbank can assist me with this matter.
