Terrible Service at Tyme Bank

For the second time TymeBank is failing to print my bank card which disables me to access my account. I phoned their help centre several time to no avail.

I still haven't received a response from TymeBank even though they sent me to the Kiosk during my work hours to take a screenshot of the error message. TymeBank link any other bank should not only use thumb prints but all fingers like other banks. They are service is ********** to say the least.

Stop lying my numbr is not engaged...I'm calling one of your consultants now using my airtime and I'm on 23 mins and still no resolution...your services are hoorible. I'm taking the matter to consumer rights
