Terrible service

I used capitec machine using my tyme bank card to withdraw money I requested 2600 and only 1400 came out and the rest didnt come out i then called the call center which I received a horrible service from thuli she was speaking over me she refused to transfer my call to a manager and told me how the manager is on a meeting and I asked if there only one manager on the floor she still refused to transfer me to the call she is so rude thus girl all I want ia my money abd I cannot wait till the 14 to get this money I need to oay my dauggters school fees I was told I will be call by a manager and Im still not called I wantm y miney transferedI will post on all social medias until someone callsm e and gives me something concrete
