TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I was ****med in May 2021. I had called the time I got the messages that cash was been sent to a number which was not mine. Tymebank lodged a dispute, and today is 05 August 2021 and there has been no feedback. I call, to no avail. I email, and it gets ignored. I am not a rich person, that's MY money and I want it back, stop giving people free money for utilizing the facility when you can give back to people WHO LOST THEIR MONEY BECAUSE THERE IS NO BETTER SECURITY WITH THE BANK!
