Whereas I did not do any transactions at that time. When I tried to get into the app my app pin number was blocked. I could not make calls on my phone. The following day I went to an atom to swipe and there were not funds. And all the Tieback agents in town were already gone home.

On Wednesday I went to MTN service provider to redo a Sims wipe on my number that was blocked by the ****. I also called TYmebank toll free number and told them of what happened and they said will transfer my case to ***** department and will come back to me on the 8th Dec. My case number was CaseS-111034 and Case ID:GDF-123913. They come back on the 4th Dec saying that will be no refund (Without saying the reasons behind their verdict) My question this **** was done whilst I WAS AT HOME ANDMY PHONE HACKED.
