Terrible experience
I have been let down by a bank like how Tymebank, it's been 2 full days of requesting for a statement without success, a statement that I need urgently. All you get is RUDE uninformed consultants Lerato Mphoswa is the worst. I have decided to move my salary to another bank that has proven to have better systems in place with a lot of options on how to obtain banking documents.
