TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH TYMEBANK!!!! Customer care is Absolutely TERRIBLE. My hubby had an issue with his account, it was put on hold. He called the call centre ( took about 30mins) and they asked him to go through to Boxer. He went through to Boxer and had to call the call centre again, held on for a long time, and the agent he spoke to put him on hold and then cut the call, he had to call again. You must have a lot of airtime to go through this terrible call centre, where you get no help. Tymebank is the worse bank ever!!!
