I’m not happy at all with their service ***** was done my account, now I’m told no refund after 10 days of investigation.

Money gets withdraw in my account without my knowledge & you guys take days to investigate & resolve the matter.
After so much wait y’all tell me no funds will be refunded how ??

Guys do you even care about your clients?
There’s no info there so I must contact whoever on ************
Come on guys no maan. You give the worst service. Yesterday I called in about this. Your agent was supposed to call me back I’m still waiting even now.
Can I have my account unblocked asap so I can take all my funds & try better banks.
