Terrible Bank, NO SERVICE, GOALSAVE ERROR SINCE AUGUST 2024 Worried About them closing down.

1: The speak up line number given as per the app does not work, the *** number does not exist anymore - no way to connect to a customer rep 2: Goalsave should be maxed at 100K. I have no other goalsave accounts, I opened 1 BRAND NEW goal save and can only now deposit R56 not 100K as advertised. AGAIN THE *********** CUSTOMER CARE VIA EMAIL DOES NOT UNDERTSAND that the bug on this feature has been going on since August 2024. Same goes for their *********** replies before when reporting this issue. You cannot even contact these people to close your account, which I need to do ASAP
