Terrible bank
Terrible bank. On the 19 April 2025. Money was taken out my account. No OTP pins or nothing were sent. There was ***** on my bank with almost R4000 it's now 3 July 2025 and every time I follow up they say they are waiting for the merchant to get back to them. This is absolutely ridiculous. My money is suppose to be safe in my account and they are responsible for ensuring that I get my money back but they not doing anything about it. The money should have been stopped when I reported the ***** a half an hour later after realizing money has been coming off. Disgusting customer service. I get no feedback whatsoever. The worst bank.
