Temu refund to GoTymebank delay

I have cancelled my order from Temu on the 1st September and Temu credit my refund to my bank which is Gotyme bank I understand they said the refund can take 5 to 14 days, but I requested a refund from Temu to Capitec before and it didn't even take 3 minutes, when I called the customer service they could even assured me that the refund is on the way they just referred me back to contact Temu,but Temu processed the refund immediately.
