Take money from my SB account Left Right and Centre

These people just take money from my account left right and centre as they please.

I had a PL with them which I settled within two months.

Yesterday they took money from my account again. R1700 and this after I received a settlement confirmation from them stating they will take no further funds and insurance has been cancelled.

The last outstanding amount was R900. So even IF I settled it to late for the DO to be stopped why was the debit order for R800 more than what was outstanding.

I will be very careful when dealing with this bank. They don't have a clue what they are doing. Your money is not safe with them.

I will definitely be closing the account I have with them. They are not trustworthy.

I wonder how long I will have to beg to get my money back.
