Never have I ever come across such dishonesty from a bank. I have a personal loan. And it is the biggest mistake I have ever made. They debited my account in March, and all was well. Next they telling me my account is in arrears. How? They even THANKED ME for my payment which I can confirm reflected. Next they sending me all these emails and smses. Don’t even bother trying to call them I am on the phone as I type this and I have been on the call for 13 minutes without speaking to anyone. So not only are they a garbage with customer service, but they hand over an account that you paid because they decided in March that instead of paying 1700 per month, they want 3000 which I NEVER AGREED TO. They are affecting my credit score. And they
