System crashes at month end

This is the second month in a row that Tymebank has crashed at month end. after spending time shopping - get to the till and the card declines. SMSs should be sent to all the customers when something like this happens, then we should get updates on the progress. I forgave the first month but this is not acceptable - the same error should not have happened!
