Swallowed Card by Nedbank ATM Machine in Bellville

My bank card got swallowed by the ATM machine in Middestad Mall in Bellville Cape Town today. Went to Nedbank Branch in Bellville they advised me to contact Tyme Bank. Tyme Bank now want to charge me R60 for a replacement card, however my card that was swallowed by the machine only expires in 2025.

This is not right as I am waiting on monies to come into that account. Also, the card has been cancelled by Tyme Bank for reason and without notice.

I want a new card with no charge as soon as possible.
