Stupid bank, don't waste your time opening an account

I had R1100 in my everyday account, went to a nedbank atm to withdraw R800 but i got a "withdrawal can not be processed" slip (no cash came out). However, an sms came in immediately on my phone that R800 has been withdrawn and the balance is R300, i then logged into the app to check and found that the money was gone. Being in need of transport money, i proceeded to a till point at shoprite to withdraw the remaining R300, here i was told the card declined but the sms came through that the money was withdrawn. I then called TymeBank customer care. After holding the line for almost 47 minutes, a very arrogant consultant answered the call and told me the bank was experiencing technical issues. In my history of banking i have never had of a technical issues that stopped people from withdrawing their money! Maybe accessing the bank app or atm being offline not the technical issue that the money leaves your account but cash doesnt come out??
