Stupid bank

Such Pathetic service from TYMEBANK. I regret ever banking with TYMEBANK because they don't even reply to emails. On the phone you keep being transferred and last week I spent half a day on the phone with nobody to assist me. Why the Hell do you have customer service line when nobody can assist. Tyme bank is useless and Pathetic. I am taking them to Court! I submitted all documents that were required but still nobody got back to me. No wonder you don't have branches, I doubt anyone would want to sit at a branch and look at your stupid faces! You may as well close down because you don't know anything about customer service and banking.
