If I could give you a zero , I would. I bought my mother Electricity using tyme bank app , she didnt not get the her free basic eletricity as sheis entiled to and that is offered on the app. I sent you an email still have not resolved issue. I want to be compensated for the 65kwh, it may be small but it is something for her.If I do not hear back from you by Monday, Hell is going to break loose!!
