Stupid

Bunch of *******.s..... 1st time I was sent an email saying I can apply for a credit card, I wanted to apply but couldn't, phoned them and I was just told it's not available, then why in **** name will you send me an email saying I qualify? 2nd time now I got an email and an SMS saying congratulations you have been SELECTED to apply for a personal loan, I was unable to find where I can apply so I phoned them once again, where I was told my application was declined, I haven't ever app**** for a loan from you guys so how the ******* was my application declined?
