Stucked money in the goalsave

its been 5 months when I was trying to withdraw my money from the goalsave its forever saying payout awaiting and I am really in desperate situation of being in need of funds, Last month I got into arrears due to this. When I called they say I need to update the app but it still does the same thing. HELLO PETER please help me with my money i am struggling now. I am now in serious need of cash as i have recently lost my great grandmother this money can assist me with burial preparations.
