Still today no feedback from Tymebank.

Their customer service is poor and they don't care about us. I received unknown fund on my account and when i try to login it's blocked then i followed all the procedure and even went to police station to do affidavit then i emailed Tymebank ***** department as instructed. I'm not receiving any feedback while I'm struggling to access my funds and pay my bills. I'm self employed and have people i need to pay too. Please unblock my account. Sadly your service is rated poor all over the internet. I used Tymebank for so long now and first time experiencing this problem.
