Still in Beta test mode with many glitches - stay away

It all seemed so easy - open an account in minutes. Everything went downhill from there. I had to visit 4 kiosks to try and get a card. Then I did a second transfer from my Capitec account to Tymebank. After 3 days of the transfer being in limbo, it resurfaced in my capitec account with a cryptic message about FICA details. An hour on the phone with 2 "consultants". Apparently I only have a limit of R20k becausemy profile is incomplete. No fingerprint match. So I go to southdale where the so-called ambassador helped me get a card after capturing my thumbprints. He informed me that I could only raise my limit via the call centre or online. NOT TRUE. I have to do it at the kiosk. Back to Southdale - the ambassador ******ed off at 3 o clock - on a Friday and a monthend - shows how much clue they ahve about banking. The kiosk does not recognise my thumbprints, the same ones that it scanned in the morning. It also has a stupid routine where you need to enter your address after capturing the thumbprints. The poor manager at PnP had to help me. We tried recapturig the thumbprints (3rd time) - guess what, still no joy. Having read other comments about declined transactions and money being deducted, I think the safest thing is to go and close my account and get my money back, although it looks like this may be a problem.
