*****STERS CLEARED MY ACCOUNT, NOW TYME BANK REFUSES TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

I opened an account with Tymebank on February mainly with the reason that I wanted to save money then I found myself being a victim of getting ****med by a bunch of *****stars a month later, they did explain that they would'nt be able to refund me my money which I understood even though it didn't make sense why people would have access to my private information and unlink my capitec and nedbank account I have never had any *****ulent activities or people calling me having access to my information.

fast forward later why I'm writing this is because I've been asked since March for them to close my account and I have spoken to several consultants and they are all failing to close my account, reason being, no one is picking up the phone to where they are transferring me to, the ***** department still has my account frozen for "investigations" and now they are claiming that I've failed to answer security questions, how am I supposed to know these things when the *****stars got in and cleared my account? I don't care for any refunds, I JUST WANT THE ACCOUNT CLOSED.

I don't feel safe with Tymebank, they clearly don't have a good security system that can't keep our information private. I'm tired I JUST WANT THE ACCOUNT CLOSED. I've never had such an encounter with a bank in my whole life, how hard can it be to close an account?
