Terrible service by this *****ster of a bank, Rethabile and Snowey (***** investigator) have **** to me, promised to send my matter to Visa for a review, it's been more than a month and I am still awaiting feedback, they promised to call me back, and I am still waiting. TymeBank I want my money back or this issue will be escalated to the banking ombudsman.
