Stay away, the service (especially when something goes wrong) is dismal!

The idea of Tymebank is great, the service however is lackluster and pathetic. My wife and I created both our account at the same time, we did everything exactly the same. We went to the kiosk to increase our verification level in order to increase the limits. I successfully verified and was placed on level 3 verification (maximum limits reached), my wife on the other hand only reached level 2 because the address Tymebank/home affairs had of her ion the system differed. Therefore she only reached level 2 verification status. That was understandable at the time.

SO since then she tried to get Tymebank to assist her in changing her verification status. She was willing to do whatever to get level 3 (aka submitting proof of address). She tried the email route, 3 weeks after receiving confirmation that they received her email, Tymebank never rep****. She tried calling them, she got hold of an agent. She spent 20 minuites on the phone and described it as if she was talking to a sound board, literally bouncing her voice off a board. She said it was as if she was speaking to an illiterate person. No help, no assistance, no solution in sight. She gave up.

In addition that she wasn't able to get her verification status changed, her account is buggy. When sending money to her account, 75% of the time the transactions bounce/fail.

Can't see how I will or can recommend Tymebank to anyone. It just doesn't work the way they intended it to.
