Stay away from Tymebank

My mom received a call from Tymebank warning her about the ***** on her bank account, and then on the 2nd of October she was supposed to receive her pension but she didn't get the money she then went to SASSA to check what happened only to find out that they did put the money in her account. She also reported ***** at Tymebank same day on the 2nd of this month they told her that they were going to investigate they even gave her case no. and promised to give her feedback 7 working days up until today, we begin to think maybe it was inside job because sometimes if we try to do the follow up they will ask for the case no.but before you even finish to give them that case number they cut your call. Plz stay away from Tymebank also advise pensioners to choose other banks.
