STAY AWAY FROM TYMEBANK!!

This bank is unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable!!!!!!!. I switched my salary to them thinking I’d get better service. Yesterday, I got paid and when I tried transacting I got a report saying my account can’t debit and I must call customer care. I called their customer care, phones ring unanswered for over 30 minutes, they basically don’t pick phones in any department. All they keep doing is make you wait until your airtime runs out.

I eventually went to twitter, their page responds after 4 hours and I was told to dm my problem more than 3 times, still no help. I have creditors blowing my phone asking for payment, my son’s school fees are due today but tymebank doesn’t give a ****. I literally can’t do anything on freaking payday. My rent is also due, I have given up.

I am already moving my salary to another bank as we speak. Please do yourself a favour and stay the hell away from this bank if you respect your sanity.

Also, why would you close an account without offering any explanation????

I am going to sue that damn bank when I accrue interest because of this.
