Staff needs proper training

I was at Tyme Bank situated in UMLAZI MEGA CITY Pick N Pay, your employees are VERY RUDE, especially NOZIPHO GWEDU. The way she was so rude I even apologized while I'm the client. And when I tried to explain my statement she told me not to explain, with an attitude filled with aggressiveness, while I'm the client. She needs FULL PROPER training because she is degrading the name of the company if the company has such an employee, I wonder how was she hired. And also NOHLANHLA who happened to help me with an attitude, also. I just hope training will help your staff because what an awful experience I experienced as a client, if not, they will need a FULL LECTURE.
