South Africa's most *********** bank by far

It has taken Tyme Bank more than 4months to resolve one of the two issues I have logged with them. There is no support team , I have never seen this level of incompetence with any company, I cannot believe they call themselves a bank. all you receive is "huge apologies", promises to a resolution reference numbers but no resolution. There is not a single person that has a name and takes accountability to resolve your issues. I cannot believe they call themselves a business.
