Someone else used my ID to create an account.

Good day,

I wanted to create an account for myself, and when I put in my ID it said there is already an account, so I went to the login option and I said forgot pin so I had to type in an OTP I received, but the number the OTP went to is a number I’ve never seen before.

I don’t know what to do how is this possible that someone else is using my ID?
