So I called this morning requesting for a bank statement for the month of January, I was assisted by a guy by the name of Ntokozo
So I called this morning requesting for a bank statement for the month of January, I was assisted by a guy by the name of Ntokozo.He was very helpful and patient with me.I couldn't find my card,he held for me patiently so.He was helpful, he even told me that I can access my bank statement on WhatsApp for future purposes.He was so amazing in most cases I get consultant that doesn't switch to my languange Ntokozo accommodated me and switched to my language to ensure I understand and resolve my issue
