Snail pace service

Tymebank says it will respond within one business day.too date since I sent my email for a stamp and signature on Friday 3 March at 13:17..I had to make 2 20 minute calls only to be told the turnaround time is 48 hours. So I suppose I must call at 13:17 tomorrow to check whether the person with the 30% pass rate has been coached in how to sign a document and how to apply a date stamp to a piece of paper.the virtual bank is really not working for me..
