Smart shopper Points lost

I was issued with the new card as my card expired. My new tyme bank card is not linked with my smart shopper and I have been emailing calling requesting my card to be linked with smart shopper and i'm getting no joy it seems like they dont know what they doing. I'm loosing a lot of points because of this😭
