Smart shopper points

I have a tyme bank account which i am happy with, however it is advertised that when you earn smart shopper points everytime you swipe your card. I have been receiving messages telling how much points I have earned which is all good & well however there is no where on the account where you can see your total accumulated points or even use them. I have sent communication to the bank asking for assistance but have not gotten any response.
