Slow money release

Betway processed my withdrawal yesterday but now it's over 24 hours and Tymebank is not releasing my funds. I need to use that money urgently but they are not doing anything about it. This is so sad because every other person who withdrew via Betway yesterday and are using tymebank and other banks have long received their funds in the morning. But me nothing.. I need my money.
