Slow bad service.

It's been a nightmare . The more they try to improve the more they perform poorly as a bank . They even give wrong names to customers. They will take days to respond to email and when they finally respond it will not take them a minute to dismiss your case. If you want a bank that doesn't take a customer seriously go to go tyme bank . To my family and friends.. ..don't go there. Can someone explain to them the meaning of kyc.
