Shocking experience

Pathetic service, spoke to Sanele(a lady) who was very useless, I called to ask why my goalsave is capped at a limit, why am I limited to save my own money?

She told me its process , I asked the reason behind that she said she doesn't know but will find out for me, been put on hold for over 20 minutes, I had to hang up.

She clearly doesn't deservers to be in customer service.
