**** SERVICE WITH A ASSHOLE consultant - Snowy Modukanele

I am beyond the word frustrated , angry and annoyed with the level of support Tyme bank staff provide.

From their ****ty consultants to the ***** department. The level of incompetency is beyond me, its as if we have minors doing adult related jobs.

We had reported a case of theft/ ***** and now for some reason we are the suspects.

A case was opened, and tyme bank has not assisted in a period of 2 weeks.

I opened up a case , my account has been blocked my funds are not accessible and Tyme bank refuses to assist or unlock my account that has my hard earned money.

We are the victims here, and we are not asking for a favour, a loan or credit, we just want what is ours, what we worked for, each day we are asked to submit the same supporting docments which we have. However after 2 weeks there is no resolution.

Today I called in and dealt with a consultant by the name of Snowy Modukanele- what a complete ASS HOLE, he is the true definition of the DEVIL, has no patience, shows no empathy, and is very condescending in his responses, Did not allow me to express myself, and when I tried to answer his questions he felt the right/ need to drop my call.

The consultalt Asked my dad to call in as he needed information from him and supporting documents to the our cases that we raised and he gave him the exact same attitude.

I don't know maybe he ****s GOLD, or he feels he is superior and thinks little of us Tyme bank customers.

If these are the people who are being empolyed, its a TRUE shame as Tyme bank will loose business. You cant treat people like ****EN Animals.

My Dad and I have bills to pay, we would like our case attended to ASAP, that is honestly not a big ask. after 2 weeks.

COMMUNICATION and FEEDBACK is KEY and at this point we are not getting any..

Im not sure maybe Tyme bank is holding onto our money until they make profit first. IDK, or they have the advantage of not having branches so they know that they can PUSH us around
