Send money withdrawal

I sent money to someone using the send money option. She went to the boxer in Lenasia and she was asked for a C number. I am not sure why. Can we please get assistance.....

Hi Lungiswa, thanks for getting in touch. The recipient should show the cashier at the till point the SMS voucher code they receive to withdraw the money with clear instructions. The TymeBank Team
