Bad service received at Tymebank, I made a send money transaction and only received the sms the following after i spoke to one of the agents who happened to cancel the Voucher after i asked him not to cancel it, so i was told that i can only receive that money back to my account after 7 days, its been 7 days and still no money is returned back to my account

05 Aug 2025, 11:39Another issue i have with TymeBank my account was closed due to ***** suspicions after i lost my card, i spoke to Nwabisa yesterday, 04/08/2025 to have my account removed from Debit hold and she promised to get a team leader to call me back and still havent received any call from Tymebank
