Security not up to standard

Security features is not up to standard when you make a purchase on mr d. My account got debited twice and then apparently i ordered the same meal twice. Please find a way to get your security up to speed with other banks where a person should enter a pin or authorise a purchase on your bank app before the transaction goes through
