Second review unsolved

From last year 13 December my account was hacked Nd money ****** ,they saw that I'm being hacked but didn't act ,then they responded with my ***** case was resolved Nd declined ,what kind of service is that?? Till today I haven't had any positive response from tymebank and as for their security system is a no no ,that's why we are hacked easily ,and this bank doesn't even have a branch one can run to for help R614 gone on their watch but they wanna blame me
