It was last weekend On the 10th of Saturday 2021 when I send my cousin a money, amount of 1000.00 via cellphon number and she received a notification without pin number. When I call the tyme bank they told Me they see money but that number is registered to other person call sihle. Who open account with the same number. Which is the money goes to him/her. Why TymeBank not verified cell number to see it register to whom.

When my cousin call cell c to check who is this number bellow to. Cell c told her number is registered to her not to another person. I ask them to reverse my money tyme bank say they can't do that. I lost I lost. How comes this bank don't have access to reverse my money. They don't have offices. Where have you hear or see this kind of bank if is not a fly by night. How many people did they get same problem like mine. If this TymeBank not take any responsibility for my money I'm going to report them to ombudsman also to social media and social networks.
